Early Dismissals Notice

Requests for early dismissals should be made using the ahsabsence@hcpss.org email address or by sending a note in with your student.  Hard copy notes should be brought to the attendance office first thing in the morning and your student will be given a dismissal pass at that time. Email requests should be made earlier in the day, not at the last minute.

In-person requests for early dismissals must be made before 2:00 pm.

If you need your student for an early dismissal between 2:00-2:20pm, please email earlier in the day to request it at ahsabsence@hcpss.org. Your student will be called down at the requested time (no later than 2:20pm), and they will meet you outside.

We will not be processing in-person early dismissals after 2:00pm and will not be doing ANY early dismissals after 2:20pm.
