Questions related to Canvas and Synergy are addressed in videos and learning guides by HCPSS.  A more detailed Canvas Orientation for parents and students is also available in this Canvas Orientation Course.

Need to reset a password?  Forgot your username?  Trouble connecting to wi-fi?  Any questions about canvas, synergy, G-Suite, clever, databases, etc.?  Go to hcpss.me and SCROLL  to the bottom of the page under "Students & Staff" and "Guides" to find answers to many of these questions.

If you need additional assistance, AHS families should use this "Student & Family Technology Support Form" to submit a request for technology support.  We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible during normal school business hours. 

FAMILY FILE

 Update your Family File information ASAP! Even if nothing has changed, you must indicate so! We are seeking 100% completion.  This video provides an overview of how to complete this task.

HCPSS uses Family File for parents/guardians to complete emergency information. Parents/guardians must verify and/or update information for each child, and can do so by logging in to HCPSS Connect.
Once logged in, parents/guardians will be asked to provide or update the following information:

  • Student information
  • Parent/guardian contact
  • Emergency contacts
  • Medical information
  • Arrival/dismissal procedures
  • Media release (photo approval)
  • Data confidentiality
