FLU CLINIC FOR STUDENTS

Atholton High School will be having an injectable flu clinic for students onTuesday, October 9th. Consents can be completed online or via a hard copy. If your child needs a hard copy of the consent they can pick one up in their English classroom. Please complete only one consent (either online or paper). Kindly have your student return the paper consent to the health room if you do not use the online consent option. Feel free to contact the Health Room if you have any questions or concerns.
